Annual conventions of FOBANA organization is popularly known as simply FOBANA.  This is also known as the North America Bangladesh Convention. Since its inception in 1987, FOBANA® has been successfully organizing annual conventions in various cities around North America. This is the highlight of the activities of the organization. FOBANA conventions provides a platform for the member organization to perform and showcase their best talents.

Each year a host organization is selected to host the convention and they are responsible for the failure or success of the event. The Executive Committee provides guidance and support to help them succeed.

Over the years the features of the convention has been enhanced significantly. Features like Business Expo, Seminar, Children Talent Competition, Essay and Art competition, Marketplace, Liberation War Museum display are just a few to mention. More and more innovative and attractive features are being added every year enriching the convention.

The annual convention FOBANA is by far the biggest Bangladesh convention in North America.
